Our Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized pots, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@verdantvibe.com with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your pot arrives broken, please email us a photo immediately, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
